Jashn is directed by the duo Raksha Mistry - Hasnain S Hyderabadwala who have earlier made films 'The Killer' and 'The Train'. Jashn is produced by the prestigious Vishesh Films.

Adhyayan Suman is the hero of Jashn. Jashn is his second film with the Bhatt's, the previous being Raaz - The Mystery Continues. Anjana Sukhani who had earlier acted in Jai Veeru and Golmaal Returns is one of the heroines, the other being Shahana Goswami who has proved herself with Rock ON and Firaaq. Jashn also has the Pakistani actor Humayun Saeed in an important role.
