Koochie Koochie Hota Hai is an animated romantic comedy directed by Tarun Mansukhani of Dostana fame. The voice-over for the lead characters has been given by Shahrukh Khan, Kajol, Rani Mukherji, Sanjay Dutt, Riteish Deshmukh, Anupam Kher, Uday Chopra and Simi Garewal.
Koochie Koochie Hota Hai is an animated take on the hugely successful romantic flick Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, that starred Shahrukh Khan, Kajol and Rani Mukherji in lead roles and was the directorial debut of Karan Johar. Koochie Koochie Hota Hai tells a love triangle between three dogs named Rocky (Shahrukh Khan), Angie (Kajol) and Tine (Rani Mukherji). Supporting cast includes animals like roosters, bears, pigs and cats.
Koochie Koochie Hota Hai is produced by Karan Johar under the banner of Dharma Productions. The film is co-produced by Prana Studios, a renowned 3D animation studio based in Los Angeles and Mumbai.
Koochie Koochie Hota Hai is expected to be released by summer 2010.
