Casanovva, Casanova

Director Rosshan Andrrews when joined hands with Mohanlal had created two hugely successful films - Udayananu Tharam and Evidam Swargamanu. The team is now back with their latest venture titled as Casanovva.

A romantic action thriller set in Dubai, Casanovva has Mohanlal playing the title role. He is the owner of Casanovva's Eternal Spring, an international chain of flower boutiques. A man who believes that "love can cure crime", Casanovva knows how to respect a woman and has a faithful array of female followers including his staff, friends and former girlfriends. But what happens when four young criminals decide to use his penchant for good life to make some quick money, form the rest of the story.

Casanovva features a long list of heroines including Shriya Saran, Lakshmi Rai, Roma and Sanjana.

One of the most ambitious projects in the history of Malayalam cinema, Casanovva is scripted by the duo of Bobby and Sanjay. The film marks their second association with director Rosshan Andrrews after Notebook.

Casanovva is produced by Dr.C.J. Roy under the banner of Confident Entertainment. Alphons Joseph, Gopi Sundar and Gowri has jointly composed the music of the film.

Casanovva is expected to be released on January 26, 2012.
