Doctor Patient, Dr.Patient

Doctor Patient is director Viswanathan's venture after the ill fated 'Out of Syllabus'. This time he tries his hand at comedy. Credits of story and screenplay also goes to the director Viswanathan.

Doctor Patient tells a hilarious story set against a mental hospital. The protagonist of the movie is Ruben Issac, a young doctor who comes to work at the hospital after completing his education abroad. His way of treating the patients are quite unconventional and he gives them more freedom, love and care than they used to get.

On the other hand, the Managing Director of the Hospital Rakhi Devdas is very strict and she opposes Ruben's ways of treatment resulting in clashes between them. At this juncture, another character enters who is also a psychiatrist and the story takes a funny turn.

Jayasurya plays the young doctor Ruben Issac and Radha Varma of Crazy Gopalan fame becomes the MD, Rakhi Devdas. Mukesh acts as the new psychiatrist.

Dr.Patient is produced by Ramprasad under the banner of A.R.Films. M.J. Radhakrishnan handles the camera for the movie.
