Teja Bhai And Family

Teja Bhai & Family is a full length romantic comedy film written and directed by Deepu Karunakaran of Crazy Gopalan fame. The film has Prithviraj in the titular role while Akhila Sasidharan who made her debut through Kaaryasthan is the female lead.

Teja Bhai and Family will be the first full length comedy film for Prithviraj. He plays the titular role of Teja Bhai, a ruthless underworld don in Malaysia. But his life changes once he meets Vedhika (Akhila) and falls in love with her, hiding his real identity. Teja Bhai approaches Vedhika's family with the marriage proposal and this leads to a series of funny moments that is shown in the film.

Teja Bhai And Family is produced by P.K Muraleedharan and Santha Murali of Anantha Visions. Their earlier productions include highly successful films like Classmates and Chocolate. Deepak Dev has scored the music while lyrics are by Kaithapram. Shamdat has handled the camera for the film.

Teja Bhai And Family is expected to be released on August 30, 2011.
