Naan Aval Adhu is a remake of the hindi film Darling. The movie is reported to be a ghost story. Aditya played by Madhavan accidentally kills Gheeta with whom he had an extramarital relationship. Gheeta is played by Shamita Shetty and Sadha plays Aditya's wife Ashwini.
