Unnaipol Oruvan

Unnaipol Oruvan is a remake of the bollywood film A Wednesday. The film is made simultaneously in both tamil and telugu(as Eenadu) languages. Kamal Haasan stars in both the versions. Mohanlal plays another important character of a police commissioner in Unnaipol Oruvan, while in the telugu version has Venkatesh playing the role.

Chakri Toleti a close friend of Kamal Haasan is the director of the film. Shruti Haasan, daughter of Kamal Haasan is the music director of Unnaipol Oruvan.
